Booked a room with a nice view of the water, the courtyard offered a variety of delicious breakfast options, and the staff here was incredibly friendly and polite throughout my stay.

I loved the setup of my double room and the amazing view of the water. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The early check-in was a nice touch. The staff was welcoming and exceptionally nice. The location is central and convenient, near the railway station, parking lots, metro, bus, and water bus stations.

The hotel was absolutely charming, as for me everything was great. The staff was very welcoming with local information. The room was stylish & reasonably large with an exceptionally good breakfast, comfy bed plus nice shower. The restaurant was good and the food was hot;)))

Cool bar available, rooms are super clean and come with a nice selection of tea. Great location, close to the airport shuttle, many eateries, and parking at Piazzale Roma. 🍵

The location is fantastic for Venice, right next to the buses, trams, and water buses. There is a beautiful garden, and the land and water bus stations are nearby. We enjoyed visiting Trattoria Vinatier, which is conveniently located next door to the hotel.

The room was quiet and new with a beautiful view of the water, and the location was wonderful.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my family members, had a good stay. The double room was silent and had a mini bar fridge, climate control, and a personal safe. The bathroom was best and clean. I appreciated the welcoming and incredibly nice staff and the magnificent location.

The hotel's location was fantastic, with easy access to San Marco Square and a water bus stop. We also enjoyed spending time in the hotel's private gardens. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the canal. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food options.

The heating in the bathroom was not adjustable, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.
